Community Guidelines
CreatorPass is a community built on trust, respect, and collaboration
Building Trust Together
Trust with you, the creators, and trust with you, the businesses opening your doors to CreatorPass members. Maintaining high standards and following ethical codes of conduct brings more opportunities to all of us in the future.
Our Core Values
Respect Everyone
We have a zero tolerance policy for any hate, racism, bullying, bigotry, or disrespect towards our members or business partners.
Positive Vibes
Help grow CreatorPass all over the world in a positive manner. Always bring good vibes with you while creating content!
Follow the Rules
However, if you jeopardize the community's trust, you will be removed from the platform. No questions asked.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
If a creator misses a visit or cancels late, the first step is always to reschedule. At the rescheduled session, the creator provides additional content as a goodwill gesture. Payment is only required when rescheduling isn't possible.
Beauty, Stays, Experiences, Wellness & Sport
24 hours cancellation policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. If a cancellation or no-show happens within the 24-hour window, we always prioritise rescheduling. At the rescheduled session, the creator is required to provide additional content as a goodwill gesture. If rescheduling isn't possible, payment for the reserved offer applies.
Restaurant, Bar, Cafe & Shop
1 hour cancellation policy
Cancel up to 1 hour before your reservation. If a cancellation or no-show happens within the 1-hour window, we always prioritise rescheduling. At the rescheduled session, the creator is required to provide additional content as a goodwill gesture. If rescheduling isn't possible, payment for the reserved offer applies.
Booking Window
30 minutes advance booking
Book up to 30 minutes in advance. Due to the short time frame, cancellations are not possible within this window. We ask both creators and businesses to honour confirmed bookings to maintain trust across the community.
Products
No cancellation once started
Once a product offer is started or activated, cancellation is not possible. As the business has already committed resources, payment is required. We encourage both sides to confirm details upfront to avoid any misunderstandings.
Paid Campaigns
Paid Campaigns are collaborations where a Brand pays a Creator in cash for specific content. They sit alongside our barter collaborations and follow stricter rules because real money — and a binding contract — are involved. The rules below apply to every paid campaign signed through CreatorPass.
Signed Agreement Required
MandatoryEvery paid campaign starts with a digital agreement signed by both Brand and Creator inside CreatorPass. No work begins until both signatures are recorded. The agreement is a legal contract under your country's law (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Austrian or German law, depending on the Brand's country).
Funds Held in Escrow
Protection for both sidesWhen the Brand signs, the campaign budget is collected by our payment partner Stripe and held until you deliver. The Creator gets paid as soon as the Brand approves the content. CreatorPass never holds the money itself.
Auto-Generated Invoices
No paperwork for CreatorsCreatorPass issues every invoice in the Creator's name automatically, with all required tax fields for the Creator's country. Creators must keep their profile, address, and VAT status accurate — the invoice is built from those fields.
Two-Round Approval
DefaultCreators submit drafts for the Brand to approve before publishing. The default is two revision rounds. Brands must respond within 72 hours; Creators must publish only after written approval inside the Platform.
Mandatory Disclosure
Required by lawEvery published post must be visibly tagged as paid promotional content using both (i) the platform's native paid-partnership tag (where available) and (ii) the disclosure hashtag specified in the agreement (#spoluprace, #spolupraca, #wspolpracareklamowa, #reklam, #reclama, #werbung or #anzeige depending on country).
Keep It Live
Default 12 monthsWhatever the format — Reel, TikTok video, feed post, Story Highlight, YouTube Short, LinkedIn post — Creators must keep the paid post publicly visible on their profile for the period stated in the agreement, 365 days by default, measured from the date of first publication. Premature deletion, archiving, hiding, or restricting the audience entitles the Brand to a pro-rata refund: Fee × (days remaining of keep-live ÷ total keep-live days). The keep-live period is set per Deliverable in the campaign brief and can be reduced by mutual agreement before signing — the platform will show a warning if a Brand proposes a shorter period than the default.
Length, Size, and Time of Publication
Set per DeliverableTwo timing-related fields are set by the Brand for each Deliverable. Minimum length or size (for example, "30 seconds", "60 seconds", "3 carousel slides") — this is a free-text field the Brand fills in based on what the campaign needs; the platform does not impose any default minimum length per format, so a Reel or TikTok video has no automatic length requirement unless the Brand specifies one. Publication time window — optional field for Brands that need posts to go live at a specific time of day (for example, "Tuesday 19:00–21:00 CET"); this connects to the existing scheduling tool in the platform. If the Brand leaves it empty, the Creator may publish at any time on or before the publication deadline.
Disputes — Mediation Only
Recommendation, not bindingIf something goes wrong, either side can open a dispute. Our team reviews and issues a written recommendation including, where appropriate, a suggested adjustment to the fee. Both sides decide whether to accept. If they don't accept jointly within 7 days, the funds go back to the Brand and the parties can pursue any further remedy under the agreement.
Default Licence Terms
Click to adjustWhen a Brand creates a paid campaign, two licence defaults are applied automatically. Creators with under 40,000 followers at signature grant a perpetual, worldwide, all-media licence — the Brand can use the content broadly across digital, paid social, paid digital media, and offline channels, with the right to edit, sub-licence to its agencies, and run paid ads. Creators with 40,000 or more followers at signature grant the same broad scope, but limited to 6 months from each post's publication date. The tier is locked at the moment of signature — if a creator grows from 39k to 60k after signing, they keep their original licence terms. Both defaults are subject to non-waivable Image Integrity guardrails (see card 9). Either side can negotiate different terms — the platform will warn if the proposed terms look unusual.
Image Integrity — Always Protected
Non-waivableNo matter how broad the licence, Brands can never (i) materially alter a Creator's appearance or voice in a misleading way, (ii) place the Creator into a context they did not consent to, (iii) use the content to imply endorsement of unrelated products, (iv) generate AI deepfakes, voice clones, or training datasets from the Creator's image without a separate written agreement, or (v) use the content in defamatory, mocking, or extremist contexts. These rules cannot be removed in the standard agreement.
Default Exclusivity
Click to adjustExclusivity prevents the Creator from working with the Brand's direct competitors for a short period after the campaign. Defaults are based on campaign value: EUR 300 or more (gross) → 1 month of exclusivity on the Brand's main category. Below EUR 300 → 1 week. Both apply only to the Brand's main product category — not unrelated categories — and are calculated from the publication date of the last post. EUR is the canonical reference; local-currency equivalents are calculated at the ECB rate of the day (≈7,500 CZK / 1,300 PLN / 120,000 HUF / 1,500 RON).
Fresh Data, Fresh Numbers
RequiredCreators must keep their profile, audience, and engagement data current on CreatorPass. Where we connect directly to a social platform's API, we refresh automatically. Otherwise Creators must refresh at least every 90 days, and any analytics screenshots they upload must be no more than 7 days old at the time of upload. Creators with stale data cannot accept new paid campaigns until they refresh. At every signature, the Creator confirms the data was accurate as of the last refresh.
Age Confirmation
Every campaignAt every signature, the Creator confirms they are at least 18 years old, plus any higher minimum age that applies to the Brand's product category (for example, the legal drinking or consumption age for alcohol or tobacco campaigns in the country where the content will be visible).
Industry Rules — Your Responsibility
ImportantSpecific industries (alcohol, tobacco, gambling, financial services, crypto, food supplements, medicines, infant formula, weapons, energy, political content, and others) have their own advertising rules under EU law, national law, regional regulations, and social-media platform policies. Brands must identify these rules and tell the Creator about them in the campaign brief. Creators must follow them when producing and publishing content. CreatorPass does not screen content for industry-specific compliance and is not liable for breaches. If you are unsure whether a particular ad is allowed, consult a lawyer or the relevant national regulator before publishing.
Why we ask Creators for tax data
EU regulationUnder EU Directive 2021/514 (DAC7), platforms like CreatorPass that pay creators must collect each creator's tax-identification number and report annual earnings to tax authorities. We do this once a year, in January, for the previous year. Before we file, you'll see exactly what we're going to report about you and have the chance to correct anything wrong. This doesn't replace your own tax filing — you still need to declare your income to your local tax authority — but it makes everything transparent on the platform side. You only need to provide tax data once you start participating in paid campaigns.

Detailed Community Guidelines
For Creators
- Always arrive on time for your reservations and notify businesses if you're running late
- Create authentic, high-quality content that showcases the business positively
- Follow all posting requirements and hashtag guidelines specified in offers
- Maintain professional behavior and respect business staff and other customers
- Report any issues or concerns through the proper channels within the app
- Late cancellations: If you cancel after the allowed time window or fail to show up, you are required to pay for the reserved offer
- Products: Once a product offer is started or activated, cancellation is not possible and payment is required if canceled
For Paid Campaigns
- For paid campaigns: read and sign the agreement carefully — once signed, it's a legal contract.
- Submit drafts by the deadline shown in the campaign brief; missed draft deadlines may delay your payment.
- Do not publish anything that has not been approved in writing inside the Platform.
- Always tag paid content as a paid partnership using the platform's native tool plus the disclosure hashtag for your country.
- Keep your profile, address, and VAT status accurate — invoices are generated from this data automatically.
- Refresh your audience and engagement data at least every 90 days; analytics screenshots must be no more than 7 days old when you upload them. If your data is stale, you will not be able to accept new paid campaigns.
- Confirm at every signature that you are 18 or over (and any higher legal age for the product category — e.g. drinking age for alcohol).
- Never delete or hide a paid post before the keep-live period ends — applies to Reels, TikTok videos, feed posts, and any other format.
- If the Brand has set a publication time-of-day window (e.g., "Tuesday 19:00–21:00 CET"), publish within that window. Otherwise, publish any time on or before the deadline.
- If the Brand has set a minimum length or size for the Content (e.g., "30 seconds", "3 slides"), respect it.
- Honour any exclusivity period and category restrictions agreed in the campaign.
- If the campaign is in a regulated industry (alcohol, gambling, financial services, etc.), follow the rules the Brand sets out in the brief — you are responsible for compliance with what you publish.
For Businesses
- Provide clear, accurate descriptions of your offers and requirements
- Honor all confirmed reservations and provide the promised services
- Treat all creators with respect and professionalism
- Respond promptly to creator inquiries and platform communications
- Maintain high service standards for all CreatorPass collaborations
For Paid Campaigns
- For paid campaigns: provide a clear brief, accurate product claims, and timely brand materials.
- Respond to draft submissions within 72 hours; silence delays the campaign for everyone.
- Do not request edits beyond what was agreed in the original brief without revising the agreement.
- All factual claims you ask the Creator to make must be truthful and substantiated — you remain responsible for them.
- If your industry is regulated (alcohol, tobacco, gambling, financial services, crypto, supplements, medicines, weapons, political content, etc.), you must identify the applicable rules in each country where the content will be visible and tell the Creator about them in the campaign brief. CreatorPass does not screen content for industry compliance.
- Use the Creator's content only inside the licence scope agreed (territory, duration, channels). Wider use needs a new agreement.
- Never alter the Creator's appearance or voice in a misleading way, place them in a context they didn't consent to, imply they endorse other products, or use their image to train AI / generate deepfakes — these limits cannot be waived in the standard agreement.
- Pay on approval. Withholding payment outside the dispute process is a material breach.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- • Warning and educational resources
- • Temporary suspension from the platform
- • Loss of creator credits or privileges
- • Permanent removal from CreatorPass
- • Legal action in cases of fraud or harassment
- • Withholding of paid-campaign disbursements where fraud, AML signals, or material breach are detected
- • Reversal of completed payments where required by Stripe, our payment partner
- • Reporting to relevant tax or regulatory authorities where the law obliges us to do so
